Book Sale Donations Policy:

The mission of the Friends of the LeClaire Library is to support and be an
advocate for the LeClaire Community Library. Friends of the Library gratefully
accept donations of books and other materials. These donations supply our
book sales, which are our major source of income.

Due to limited work and storage space, we ask donors to limit donations to
items that are in sale-able condition. Water damaged, soiled,
and mildewed materials will not be accepted.

All donations are scanned for possible inclusion in the library collection.
If an item is not needed in the library collection, it is offered for sale.

and specialty magazines such as food and hobbies

- Hardback books – current interest and in excellent, good or fair condition

The Friends of the LeClaire Community Library are grateful to the members of
the community who donate these items. We welcome your donations and
